Review Of Octopus Dual Recirculating 150 Protein Skimmer

Long story short, but I am in a bit of a rush in buying this skimmer: Octopus Dual Recirculating 150 Protein Skimmer- OCT-DNW-150. What are your opinions on this skimmer and is it an in-sump, HOB or both?
