Hello all! I'm Chelle from the lovely (and currently quite rainy) Canadian side of the PNW.

I've never met a hobby I didn't like, from soap-making to locksport. Knitting, crochet and sashiko are my current favs.

I'm not wholly new to fishkeeping. I used to have a 50 gallon tank many years ago that I loved. Currently looking to set up a 20 gallon in my office. Looking forward to getting advice on stocking it!

Hello. How is your first name pronounced? Is it like Shell-lee? Anyway, good luck with your tank.

Hello again. Okay, now I understand how your name sounds. I like it. The tanks are big, but were set up over about 20 years. So, I just change out half the water in each one every week. I use a siphon and a sink faucet attachment. So, it takes about 45 minutes per tank to remove and replace half the water. I'm really just a "Waterkeeper".
