Residue In Drop Checker

Hey all, am I the only one having this problem? The Bromophenol blue I'm using is leaving a residue in the drop checker and I can't remove it, it's making results hard to see, any recommendations?

Miltons solution should be able to clear it up...

I know Milton is for sterilisation, but would it break down the residue? I've tried flushing with distilled water and that didn't work, I may have to try some form of solvent.

bleach it for a few hours, then into some de-chlored water for half an hour.

Vinegar could also work there mate

I gave the bleach a go, worked a treat, cheers.

I get that with my API test kits if i forget to empty them after testing. I tend to put really hot water in it from the tap and leave it. Seems to clean them out.
