Ok, I have to stop looking at the poor little bettas in the little bowls!!!!! I wanted to get them all. I came home with a lovely girl. Now the question is which tank is the best situation for her??

I have a 55 gallon community tank. 6 cherry barbs, 5 black tetras, 4 platys (20 or so platy fry), 5 corys, 4 otos. Want to get some gouramis for that tank soon!

I have a 20G with guppies and 5 corys.

I have 14 G with 15 platy fry about 1 inch and 3 corys.

I have a 5 gallon with 3 corys. Could she go into the 5 maybe with another female or 2? Are the females like the males that they do not like much water movement?

What should I do with her???? Which would make the best home??

The 5 gallon? How many females you think would be good in the 5 G? I saw the pics of your girls......very beautiful.

well normally 1 fish per gallon

but uve already got cories in there, and tbh the tank isnt that big

ud need atleast 4 girls to spread the bullying out :good:

in my opinion, if u were gonna keep for example 5 girls in there, id get rid of the cories, other wise ur tank will be over stocked

maybe just stick to one girl, or move the cories into a bigger tank :good:

ty my girlies are right moo bags lol

Sure I can easily move the corys!!! Seeing your beautiful girlies makes me want more. So I just may move the corys and go with 4 girlies of my own!

id say 4 is good for the 5gallon

i have got 2 girlies from these guys, and they are lush

make sure tho u get some nice plants so they can hide too :good:

is your tank filtered?

Yes the tank is filtered. It has a filter built into the hood. Its an Eclipse 5 gallon corner tank. I do have some plants in the tank...do you use live plants or plastic? I have heard that the plastic shred the bettas fins.

i use live, because they help remove nasty stuff from the tank, and they wont tear fins :good:
