The glosso isn't growing at all so that can go too. If you have any suggestions or criticisms feel free to post them. I now have 2 plants of anubias nana that aren't in the pic. Have you considered some hardscape too i.e. twisted root or bogwood. I can recommend Sagittaria sp. as a good foreground plant - easy and fast growing.
