ive changed back to gravel and im getting rid of the bog wood as it stains the water

im going for a rocky set up

what are good rocks for a new world setup

Any that dont adjust the ph will be fine. I used to go down the local stream and get rocks from there, round, smooth ones, give them a good clean in hot to boiling water and plonk them in.

i just got ocean rock before i got home a read this i didnt even think anout it lowering my ph when i was in the shop as i was getting a betta too i just grabbed it a paid

how much will it lower my ph?

na got it a maidenhead aquatics its just a big lump of white rock with loads of hole in it

As said i went to my local beach, a section has huge pebble's, i would boil them a few time's and scrub them even if they looked clean, then boil a few more time's, they get hot so beware
