lol i really think he tries to scare me... ill be laying in bed and he will just pop out of the plants and flare at me...

love those endlers!!! im new to this tropical fish keeping, are they compatable with neons and guppies?

Nice, love the fighter and the endlers, do you find your snails lay eggs everywhere? my horned is on his todd in my tank and he lays everywhere.

Very Nice, your boy sure is pretty. His finnage remind me of treefrogs Spirit from years ago.

Endlers are a wild type of guppy... my specialty shop only got in males... and i dont want them to breed and over run my tank... you have to watch most endlers are not pure breed they are crossed with fancy guppies so if you keep them with fancy females they will breed and loose some of there coloring... as for the neons... the endlers had shorter fins so if the neons are nippy then it may not be a problem... i assume you already keep guppys and neons together... so it they are fine together endlers wouldnt be a problem...

all my nerites are very small one is less then a 1/2 inch and the other 2 are under a 1/4 inch... so too small to lay eggs yet... but the zebra has a grand old time doing it... that was the reason i originally put my rocks in the tank to give her somewhere hard to lay the eggs... so she will now only lay them on the big rocks... every once in a while she will lay one or two in the black substrate but she has never on the glass or the back of the tank....

Thank you ZoddyZod and Gill for the kind comments!!!

That really is a lovely tank. If you haven't already considered it I would suggest you enter it into the tank of the month competition.

And I've gotta say all your stock look gorgeous. You're certainly doing something very right! :D Those endlers are gorgeous, and despite the fact I'm not a crowntail fan I love your boy.

you know whats funny? i never intended to have a tank with this stock... it was sepost to be a dwarf puffer tank... but i couldnt keep my dwarf frog with the puffers and i have had her for so long i couldnt part with her (my sister was going to take her) and i was sick of having an empty tank so i added the endlers... then felt bad for the betta so got it then the nerites for some algea control....

but i am happy with the tank for now... as soon as i get some filler plants for the background...

Stunning tank. Should be entered in tank of the month. :good:

lol thanks all not sure about the tank of the month... never big on stuff like that but as long as my fish are happy...
