Yesterday my Mom came over and helped me rescape my 75 gallon mbuna tank. Boy was that a pain in the butt, it came out great though. I just thought I'd share the before and after, and some random pics. Oh, I also have a holding m.callainos!
The acei are working on breeding too.
Stocking: 1 female p.crabro, 4 p.acei, 6 l.caeruleus, 6 m.callainos
Before:
After:
P.crabro, sub-adult female:
Male p.acei showing breeding stripes:
P.acei
Small female m.callainos
Holding female m.callainos, sorry for the crappy pic, but she was a pain to photograph.
Alpha male m.callainos, he's the undisputed king of the tank, and has excavated himself a nice little cave that he voraciously defends.
l.caeruleus
p.crabro (upper left), l.caeruleus (lower right)
Shot of all of them in a 10 gallon holding tank yesterday while I was changing out the 75. Crappy pic, but I've never gotten them all at once.
Hope you all enjoyed.
Edited for atrocious spelling. Dawn
