Will replanting a plant harm it like if I want to move some plants around?

No, it will be fine so long as you are careful. You can even use it as a chance to give the plants some TLC. Cut off dead bits which you may not have got to otherwise, trim the roots to encourage new growth etc etc.

Dont forget that if you move crypts they often melt and loss all either leaves, but new ones soon grow so dont be alarmed if this happens to you, its perfectly normal.
