Replanting My Tank

ive got a 47x16x15 (lxdxw inches) aprox 45 uk gallons (205litres) but have a background witch takes up 1/3 of the tank

i have calculated that i have roughly 2.95 wpg

i will be using a pressurised co2 system

at the moment the tank has 45 neon tetra's witch will be moving into a tempry tank (they will be going back in)

only problem i can think off is plants!

not to sure what to get all though i have decided i want a moss ball carpet with a thin line lilaeopsis brasiliesis (tropica no. 040) but not sure what to have behind this (i am currently doing a quick layout as to where what is currently going)

anyway a pic of the tank empty (the black mushroom things will be going as they were for my old co2 system)

any plant suggestions please? i would link a few tall and bushy plants (not to botherd how much background get coverd tbh)

the plants on the far left side of the pic, i love them... they grow at a decent rate, and u can clip them in half and they will grow more... and it will look fuller, i forgot the name of it though, sorry!

btw, whered u get ur background from? its nice!

i got the background on ebay its called 'back to nature' (they have a website but i havent got it on this computer)

not to keen on them plants tbh as the looks to twiggy tbh

yep ive got a pressurised co2 system (just waiting for my payment to be cleared)


in the picture the gravel was about 3cm i then added more so it was 2 1/2 inch

but i will be pulling it out to add about 1.5-2cm substrate

(that picture was before i planted it first time around and have learnt alot sinse then

from my old co2 setup (hydor co2) was a yeast based one

most of these seem to need high - v. high lighting

and my tank has just under 3wpg would these be ok?
 
i have recieved my tropica aquacare soil today from Garden and Leisure.com (only orderd it sunday night and at £19.90 delivied)

co2 will be arriving tommorow and i should be diy'ing my external co2 reator by the weekend! as well as going wildwoods to get co2


will probably be having some type of vallis along the back and a few others i already have from my old set up

any other suggestions in turns of plants?
+ all opinions as they will help

well today

i went to wildwoods

got my co2 bottle refilled
and bought 6 ottos

when i got back i put the tropica substrate into the tank
i then watched the stones (form old tank)
filled tank up turn on my filter and it started to leak (again (3rd time)
so it went good and then turn bad

so ive now got to find a new filter (glad i filled it up before ordering/planting the plants)

any suggestions to a filter would be good
