Replacing The Dead

I had a 25L with 2 otos and a platy, but the platy was chronically ill - he died while i was on holiday
The water stats have recovered, so i'm looking for ideas for a replacement

I was thinking of a single smallish fish. It needs to be pretty hardy - i tend to be away a lot
I occasionally use the small tank as a hospital tank and move the fish to my main tank, which has platies and silvertips
