Rena Cor Heating Cable 25w

Hi, just bought a Rena Cor Heating cable off ebay, it turned up yesterday. i plugged it in for a few minutes just enough to feel it starting to warm up. so it works fine.
but my question is, it only came with 4 suction cup clips! is this the correct amount for a 25w (4.5m) cable. it seems a very small amount for such a long cable.
i have read comments where people say rena do not provide enough clips, but this seems excessively low!
i just wanna know if the seller is ripping me off here or if its actually the standard amount.

Pictures of the kit all show 4. Doesn't take much to hold a heating cable in place.

it says in the instructions that the cable should not touch itself. with a 4.5m long cable and 4 clips it doesn't stay straight and touches bits to either side.
the picture on the box shows 5 clips (1 partly hidden under sand) on a very short stretch of cable & pictures in the instruction leaflet show 7 clips. this is why i was hoping to hear from someone who actually has one. just for confirmation that its the correct amount.
