Removing Geophefus Fry From Parents

I was just wondering ins it advisable to remove the fry from the parents to induce more spawning, or is there no effect on the parents and they will continue to spawn?

I currently have around 50 fry with my Geophagus iporangensis who are growing at a rate of knots

leave the fry with the parents until they are no longer being looked after by the adults. Basically as the fry become a bit older they will spend less time with mum & dad and more time swimming around exploring the tank. When they no longer go back to their folks or sleep in a little group, then you can take them out and the parents will breed again soon after that.

The fry have only been visable for around a week but already the parents seem disinterested in them and they are exploring the tank. MIght move them across in a week and see what happens!!
