I have 11 guppy fry that are a week old currently, and are housed in my breeding trap at the moment. Obviously I can't release them yet into the main tank- but I think that the less time they are in this trap the better.
I currently have harlequins, platy, molly, penguin tetra, guppy, swordtail, dwarf cory, danio, neon tetra, and chinese algae eater in my main tank. Does anyone have any idea at what size or age I will be able to release the fry into this tank without them being eaten or sucked into the filter etc.? Thanks!

Depends how fast they grow.

You do hae several fish that do like to eat fry though, but once their 1cm they should be fine, that should take 4-6 weeks to be homest.

Ok thanks. Do you think I will need to buy a new tank for them, or will they be fine in the breeding trap? They are about 0.7cm at the moment and 1 week old.

With 11 fry to grow out, it is always easier to use a separate container. A simple plastic storage box would do for a few weeks to grow out that many fry. They are far cheaper than another tank and can be put away when you are done raising the fry to a safe size. A typical home is warm enough for a guppy not to need a heater and an air stone will give enough water circulation to ensure good water aeration. As far as filtration, if you have that many guppy fry in 5 gallons of water or more, a water change of 50% every 3 days should be plenty to keep ammonia from building up. That water change along with vacuuming the bottom, would be a good idea in any case.

Ok, well I managed to borrow a cheap plastic tank off my friend for a couple of months. I have a spare filter, so I guess I could use that? Would it suck them up? I am just going to leave the tank in my kitchen as it's warm in there. Thanks
