Red Worms For Feedin Da Fishies?

Went to my bait shop to try and find leaf worms for my Arican brown knife fish and archers, but they didnt have any so i settle for the smallest worms available simply called "Red Worms" Should they be fine to feed tonight? I ran out of crickets and need to feed the ravenous little archers....their still paceing the top of the tank and squirting me when i walk by....lol aka their hungry...

I used to feed them to my fish all the time. I just rinsed the dirt off and fed them whole. If needed you can cut them up with scissors.

If this dumb SOPA think actually goes through im going to lfs buying 10,000 crickets and entertain my myself with my living water guns. Their so cute with their big eyes and funny mouth! Also come up to glass when i enter the room, and its only been like 3 days!
