Red Tail Black Sharks

5ft tank is that gonna be the home for him?cos they are aggresive...i had a large black redtail and he would take on my oscars ands jag  like bruce lee of the fish world...unfort he jumped out the tank last week when my wife left the lid open for the day....
i also have a albino and hes getting more aggresive as hes getting bigger<got him from another forum buddy on here....hes deff controller of the tank...

good with cichlids...

yep he is gonna go in the 5ft once its running, got big plans for a planted cave with bubbles coming out and some led lights to make it look like his pimp den lol

I got one in my 3ft - had ago at a Silver Shark i was looking after (only a baby one) for a friend for a few weeks. Apart from that it seems ok with the rest of my tank - but have heard they will become aggressive towards anything that slightly resembles it

well im moving al my fish I have now into it, thats 3 dalmation mollies (all female), 4 platy's (3 female and a male), 3 peppered cory, and my 2 molly fry, as well as sharky.
Then I wanted to add a shoal of something, maybe neon tetras or bumblebee gobies? also some clown loach? maybe guppies but think platy and molly might be enough on the livebearer side lol, just want a busy and colourful community really and am gonna set my current 20gal hex up as a dwarf puffer tank, what have you got stock wise?

Possibly one calculator was set for Imperial Gallons and the other Metric. US calculate Litres to Gallons differently to the rest of the world

i just added a young RTBS to my community tank on saturday. He's really young and small, so he's been really chill so far. He pals around with my 4 clown loaches and eats along side cories and other small schooling fish. In fact, his arrival seems to be what has coxed the clowns out of hiding. (which they did about 95% of the time since i got them) I guess we'll see if he gets aggressive as he ages and grows. My tank is a 75 US gallon, 4 feet long with tons of cover.
