Red Sea Drop Checker Question

I picked up a new 'red sea' drop checker from ebay.
Now, i realise to make use of this efficiently i need to use 4dkh solution. The drop checker came with its own solution (blue in colour), is it safe to assume that this is ok to use with standard 4dkh solution as opposed to the premix one that AE sells?

The solution is blue? Does it give a break down? Bromothymol blue indicator is normally yellow, the fact that it is blue indicates to me that it may have already been mixed into a solution of water.

ive just double checked it, and it is in fact yellow!

Ah, yes then you need some 4DKH water.
