Red Nose Shrimp

Where from :shifty: btw sorry I haven't got back to you, had a dilemma with my current shrimps and want this to pass first.

Red-nose shrimp(C. gracilirostris) do better at a higher ph and in moderately hard water. They do okay at average aquarium temps(75F-78F), but a good temp for all shrimp is 72F.

They won't breed in freshwater. They release larvae which would normally be carried downstream to brackish waters, even saltwater. There's an article about how to simulate this on the site that BTT linked. It deals with amano shrimp, but the process is mostly the same.
