Is the fish acting normally otherwise? How long is a while and how big was the rock?

the rock was very big, she is acting fine but she has had theses scrudes for about a month.

That's a long time for them to be just a cut, it could be septicemia but water quality should probably be ruled out too as nitrite poisoning is also supposed to cause red streaks. Can you provide your water stats?

For treating septicemia I've seen conflicting info about isolation (some say to isolate as it is highly infectious and others say it can't be transmitted to other fish). If you can, I would probably isolate the fish just in case. The treatment suggested on one site is a medicated anti-internal bacterial food. If your water stats are fine then I would go for this.

I've had no experience with fish illnesses so this is just advice based on what I've found on the net. I'm sorry but it's the best I can do for you. Good luck and I hope your fish pulls through :).

thanks, my stats are perfect so ill definily go for it,
