Red flame dwarf gourami bloated

I have had this red flame dwarf Gourami for about a year. Always been healthy. Noticed a couple days ago that it is getting bloated. Not sure if a male or female. Not sure if pregnant or sick. I love this little guy. I hope somebody can help me. I appreciate any information you can give.

It is 100% male, so bloated not pregnant.
Looks like the signs of Dwarf Gourami Disease
