Red dots on my Betta head

Hi everyone! It's a couple of days now I have spotted red dots on my Betta fish head... And it's getting worse... The head it's getting all red! Water seems normal but I don't know. Anyone knows if it is a sickness what kind of sickness is? Thank you

Can you post a photo of the betta, please - it's easier if we can see the spots.
