Well every now and then i notice my oscars lightn up in color then get it back, am i not giving enough light? to much? not feeding them the right things? can somone help?

2 oscars 2 reds in a 120 but reds are moving out soon but its just somthing i always noticed, the reds turn a goldden orange color for a few days then they turn a paleish colorWell every now and then i notice my oscars lightn up in color then get it back, am i not giving enough light? to much? not feeding them the right things? can somone help?
They tend to change colour when stressed, the title says red devils and oscars do you have to two together?, if so what size are they and what size tank are they in? and how amy of each do you have?
mmm its weird, even though the reds are smaller they somties bully / play around with the oscars, then i have a salvini cichlid that hides in a castle and chases almost everything that passes itmmm, well i guess its stress, mine does that when he gets scared but colours later on. are the reds picking on each other and the oscars?
lol yea i rember my friend didnt feed his oscars and red for a day or two and then he came back and the oscars was dead=( but i guess the oscars get scared of them, and then they get scared of the oscars sizeWell really oscars are wimps for their size, so the red could push them around so easy, so i think they are being scared by the reds![]()

know of any other live foods or frozen i could feed em? besides pellets and guppies
