Red Devil?

Well ive had my red devils for a few months along with my other fish, i just looked in the tank today and biggest one has a biggggg belly could this be a sign of pregnancy or greedyness when it comes to food time, should i put him in a seperate tank? what ways are there to tell the sex of a red devil? all help appreciated thanks



EDIT: i also have had my friends larger RD in my tank until his tank is fully cycled since we redid everything, could it be possible his RD is a male and my other is a female? just wondering

You can sex a red devil by looking at the fore head it will grow a large hump (KOK) if it's a male
