Recovery From Fungus

Evenin, had a dose of fungus break out on one of the cories. Poor sod, i've treated the water and the white 'stuff' has gone but its left him minus some fin area.

He can move about but not nearly as quick as the other fish and isn't eating much, he doesen't have the colour of the other panda's either. Spends most of his time hiding.

I'm guessing its a wait and see thing if he pulls through, i'm assuming (correctly i hope) that the fins will recover.

The fins should recover and grow back. Keep an eye on him is about all you can do. And a few extra water changes will also help. Keep the water as clean as possible.

Oh well just looked in the tank before turning in and he's gone.

Shame, i don't think he was ever right, once in my tank all the others took on colour and were more active, not massively, but enough to pick him out as different. Figured he just needed longer to settle maybe?


Ah well least he had some good time. RIP
