After a week of full time of studying for university and working my stocks off I'm back in the forums with some exciting news. I just happened to lay my hands on a nice 90 gal tank. This tank was purchased in mine to give my silver dollars room to breath (they are kinda out growing their 33 gal).

My current ideas for the tank are:
4 Mylossoma puriventre (silver dollar) *have to go in
4 Agamyxis pectinifrons (spotted raph.)
1 Helostoma temminckii (kissing gour.) * have to go in
4 Pimelodus pictus (picuts cat.)
d
The tank is going to be well circulated and there is going to be an attempt and making it a planted tank (I'm not sure if this is possible with the green munching monstars SDs)

According to my calculations there should be some room left for perhapes one or two fish. I'd love to hear some of your ideas. The bottom of the tank is pretty well maxied out but I'm looking for some very peaceful, perhapes colorfish (perhapes something like Peacock Gudgeon still have to do more research on this fish however.)

Before I start to get flamed I have to make special order to my fish store for some of these fish which might be shipped here over the process of months so they are not going to be added all at once.

Also if someone would like to make a suggestion to an aquatic easy to care for plant (perferably tall) that fish don't like to munch on that would be greatly apperciated.

I would get like 6 Raphaels because i have 1 and havent seen him for months. The bigger the group the more active they are. They are also very very slow growers. Mine hasnt grown more than a 1/8" in the 3-4 mo's ive had him.

A Ctenopoma acutirostre (See labrinth section in fish index) would make a good fish  Despite being predatory they are pretty peaceful IME :)

Severam, hmmm intersting they look like an great looking fish, it would interesting to see if I could possibly get a gold. do they have any special water requirements. If anyone can suggest any link that would be great.

Go to the Fish index on this site and u will learn all u need to know. they love ZVeggies so drop some lettuce in and theyll eat it.

If you want something truly colorful - there's nothing better than a small group of rainbowfish. I like boesmani and lacustris (Lake Katubu?) most. Both grow to around 4" and like to be in a shoal but 3-4 would be enough if you have the space for them. Alternatively, and if your other fish won't eat them, threadfin rainbows get to only 1.5" so a small school should fit in nicely. They have very attractive finnage.
