On those dims your tank is 127litre or 28g uk, the volume given above is US gallons (for some reason they do things different over there )

Alot of the suggestions you probably won't be able to get hold of too easily...

the fluval 3+ would be good for your set up.

The penguin 125 or 170 would be good for a tank this size don't get the mini as the bio wheel doesn't ge wet asmuch as the bigger ones do.
