Really Really Stupid Question !

I have some holes in my plants !

Could this be snails eating them lol ?

And these holey leaves have gone a lighter green colour shall i remove these ?

It could be a deficiency, especially since the whole leaf is dying. Normally when it's snails, there will be a clean edged circular hole. Not many snails are capable of eating healthy plants, only dead decaying plants. Do you use fertilizers?
