So I've got the Interpet Fish Pod 120. 120L, Crushed coral sand (but pH is 7) and it has a few rocks in.

I haven't bought any fish for a while and I've only got this tank till August. So I want to enjoy my aquarium for the time I have it.

I currently have 2 brevis and 1 julidochromis dickfeldi. No matter how many more of their own kind I add, they just kill who ever is new. And they cost £8 each.

So I'm thinking of re homing them, re scaping and buying some cheaper fish such as tetras or anything.

Anyone got any ideas of stocking? I'm literally open to anything. It could be lots of little fish, a community mix, 2 big fish etc. Most suggestions I receive from here are really interesting and good. My LFS is pretty good for stock and have most things.

Thanks for any replies!

Here is a current picture of my tank though will probably re scaped.

At the moment I'm on to the idea of:

a) Brackish
- 2 Orange Chromides
- 6 Glass Cats
- Some brackish schoolers (like neons? Don't know many brackish fish)

b) Mixed Community
- Neons (Black/Glowlight/Neon/Neon Green)
- Corydoras (Pygmaeus/Peppered/Habrosus)
- Guppies
- BN Pleco
- A pair of Dwarf Cichlids/Gouramis

I know diddlysquat about brackish, so can't advise you there, but if you're going with (B), then I would suggest

Neons - pick one of those variants, and get 8-10 of them for the midwater
Cories - I have never kept Pygmaeus, but I have read that they are more a mid-water fish, rather than bottom. Therefore, I would go either 6 Peppered or 8 Salt&Pepper (aka Habrosus), the latter I currently stock, and they are just hilarious little things.
Guppies - 5/6 males - mid-water
BN Plec - bottom
I would then go for Gouramis, as they are a top dweller, and you have the rest of the tank covered.

Yeah sorry by / I meant or. 1 school always looks better.

Okay thanks for your information. :) Wouldn't have wanted mid water cories!
