Hi can you give my betta a rating out of 10,be honest.Hes a mustard gas/chocolate male ohmpk.Cheers.

thanks guys hes just over 4 months. His fins are alot brighter than that and body is more chocolaty.I had another male identical but ct version but female killed him in spawn tank

Fish gets 10/10 but photo 7/10.. More light would show the colours up better and a more natural background but the fins on the fish are amazing! Guess your a better fish keeper than photographer.. LOL

yeah i couldnt get him flare to the mirror in the photo tank si i took it in his tank with another male in a cup floating,The lighting is rubbish lol.I will be spawning him soon.But i have a copper pair and a purple bf giant pair before then.ALso got a 3inch giant dt female today!!!! shes huggeeeee!!!

Ok here's my honest rate on this fish

6/10

Great body structure just need to make him a little beefy, Nice 180 degree spread and distribution of the rays. The edges are still a bit rounder and ideally should be sharper, dorsal could be broader, Anal could be shorter and should be parallel to the body, dorsal nice lenght and good shape exept for the white color it could be just a tip (can't really see it with this picture), color is almost equally distributed.

This is a great fish to work with, I hope you can find him a pair so you can breed them.

Hi cracker,thanks for that,Yeah this fish needs work.he was from hm parents so he might be a slow grower,Im going to put him with a pinapple colour ct female.The only thing i dont like about this fish is the top fin is more black.Like i said im breeding my new giants first cracker you posted a pic on another forum of a female lavender bf picking eggs up.I have a giant male identical to that will get pics of new ones.

Great ! why are you going to breed him with a CT female ? you will end up getting mutts ... Try to find him a nice HMPK female so you can continue his line and come up with your own competition grade bettas

Get either an HMPK or a Trad PK so you can come up with a good HMPK line
