Rapid Progress Of Rainbow Eggs?!

Hi there. I bought a pair of rainbow cichlids on Monday evening. I did a massive water change on Tuesday evening. By Wednesday evening they had laid a fair amount of eggs on a slate. Noticed this afternoon that they had gone. I assumed they had been eaten. Then I noticed that they had moved them into a pit. I was so happy. Then realised that they were already wrigglers! WOW! That's like 2 days from being laid and already wrigglers.

My question is... is this normal? My angels used to take 4 days before coming wrigglers.

yes it take 3 day to get to free swimming. Good luck

Cheers. I will try and get a few pictures of them. Also got some HRP's that are nearly free swimming too. Must be something in the water...
