Just a random thought that popped in to my head

As I'm a carp fisherman and in the uk we must have a carp medi kit to help with the healing the wounds on the fish ie hook wounds and cuts.

My question is could you use this on aquarium fish to heal their wounds as if it's good enough for those fish in open lakes were there's obv lots of germs ect surely it should be ok to use on aquarium fish ????

I would say no, its probably a lot stronger than you think and might have a negative effect on an aquarium which is obviously a contained environment. Although i don't fish for carp specifically, i am a match fisherman and i wouldn't risk it. Know where you are coming from though :)

I'm a carp fisherman too. There is kits out that you can treat the wounds on carp when you catch them etc the mouth when you hook them but I'm not sure whether tou can treat body wounds on them with it but I don't see why not

But with aquarium fish I don't think its possible as it would be so concentrated it would have negative effects on the tank
