Was playing with my camera tonite, and thought I'd inflict some of the pics on you guys

Newest tank - needs a background and more rock to add height. And those plants better grow!

Some of the fish in the new tank - juvie firemouth - plenty of attitude already!

also some almost adult curviceps, colouring up nicely.

All on his lonesome, I think he needs a friend. This is Peaches....he my baby! He's saying "C'mon in Ma, the water's fine!"

From my community tank...... aka tank of algae (always should clean the tank BEFORE you take the pics!)

Then over in the brackish tank we have the Millwall supporters of the fish world....bald, fat and don't care how big you are they'll still kick the crap outta ya!!

Belly gonna get ya!!

All this eating and swimming is hard work....just gonna take 40 winks

And lastly one of two shrimps I was sold as Amano shrimps, but they sure don't look like Amanos..... if you look side on they have a distinctive 3 part body in a zig zag shape

but they're healthy and haven't tried to eat the fish, so I don't really care what they are!

hi sarah,

thought i'd pop in and put a tank to a name so to speak. lovely setup you have there. the first full tank pic is great that should mature nicely when the plants have taken off.

fish are nice to, love the rams and bumblebee.

a little tip for you. to test out a black background stick a binliner behind the glass and stick on with sticky tape. it'll give you an idea of how it will look without buying anything first. (my new 50G has a lovely bin bag on it as we speak. the fish seem happier with a dark backing, some kind of security thing i guess)

I was told Peaches is a Midas - Cichlasoma Citrinella. He does look like a Red Devil though. He is a little cutie!! We have this game where he follows my hand along the glass - he is very intelligent!
