my two, blue and bolivian, live in the tank with no problems, seem to keep themselfs to themselfs.

Rams in a community tank are absolutely fine. Iv kept them with many different fish in the past without problem. The only time they get cranky is if they are wanting to breed (like anyone i guess) but other than that they are fine.

Same here. Do great with all kinds of fish, so long as the others are peaceful, too. They protect their territory once they start breeding/laying eggs, but nothing violent. Just some chasing. They are great fish, with loads of
personality.
