no, blue rams should be kept in the 28-32oC temperature range, whereas the neons etc should be kept at 22-26oC

neither, theyre quire placid, so yes you could add them if your tank remains at 28oC

no, its not big enough, theyre not as aggressive as people make out

females have pink bellies, male dont, males also have more pointed fins, and will more than likely have a fin extension on the dorsal fin
