My Rams laid another clutch of eggs about 15 hours ago, but due to fungus on some they have began eating them. I do not want to remove the eggs from the tank and I cannot add any Meth. Blue because I have tetras in the tank. In the species profile it says that the eggs should hatch within 24-48 hours, so I would like them to hatch ASAP. What temp would the water need to be to speed up hatching time? I feel confident that if i can get wrigglers, the parents would not have any more problems.

Never mind, I just checked on them and the male ate all but maybe 20 of them. I just moved them to a 10 Gal to see what happens.

I've heard of an easy way to hatch cichlid fry if you want to do it an artificial way. Get a mayonaise container, or a jam container (bigger is probably better) place the eggs into the jar with some Methylene blue (depending on what it is just place the object with the eggs into it), use an airstone in the jar so it will realase a think trickle of small bubbles and place it into a paper bag. Once they become free swimmers you can place them into their grow out tank.

Oh and btw Rams can live in anything upto 90-94 degrees but just make sure the other tank ocupants can handle it also.
