Ok, but the cloudy eye is due to the water quality, as with cloudy eye it's the first thing you investigate water quality.

Also i would increase aeration in the tank if you can, do you have any scaless fish in the tank.

his eyes are back to black now, moved him into a 3gal with his mate, as they are both very shy in a big tank, they just clamp up and stay at the top, they're a lot happier now
