Rainbow Fish Dying

I've had my Rainbow fish for about 7 months, he fed fine this morning, but now he's on his side under an ornament!

His gills are moving slightly but I think he's going to die, any advice? Should I take him out of the tank?

He is the biggest fish in the tank, does that mean he's more susceptible?

All the other fish are fine and the water tests seem ok.

I don't know what to do.....

Not sounding good i'm afraid, does the fish look bloated or darkened in colour.
When fish lay to oneside on the gravel, it can be an indication of a bacterial infection.

Thank you, I just did a 50% water change and he has started swimming,

I've never seen him lying on his side like that before.

Thank you for your reply, if there is anything else I can try to make sure he's ok

He is swimming less but he looks better, just a bit pale

Will try and get a photo later if he comes out...

The paleness will be stress, just keep a close eye on him, and i would leave the tank lights off, good luck.
