he was fine about 30 mins ago looked happy and was very active

water parameter are all ok but dont know what happend

That's so sad. But it sounds like he at least didn't suffer, and, from the looks of his tank, it looks like he was treated very much like a king. It really looks like you did very well by him during the time he spent in your care.
