Being a bit of a techno numpty, I have not worked out how to highlight part of someone's post and insert it into mine as a quote. How do you do this? Sorry for being such a computer illiterate! )

You can either click the 'Quote' button (or 'Reply' button on some skins) under the post you want, and then that will quote it in your reply. Or, you can go to the 'Add Reply' page, click the 'Quote' button, and then paste in the text you want.

At the bottom of the post you want to quote click the "quote" button then the "reply" button and the quote appears like yours has
