Has anyone used this to cure ich? How did it go?

ps. I recently had ich. I am pretty sure it was cured, but I want to have a good ich medication in my cabinet just in case.

isnt that an anti malaria treatment? sounds familiar lol

why not just keep some good old fashioned aquarium salt and turn the heater up during treatment

When my tank had ich, I turned the heat up and all of the tetras fins rotted off in 2 days. It was a horror show. I won't turn the heat up high enough too kill off ich, if I get it again. I'll only turn it up enough to speed up the parasite.

I'm in the US...no waterlife protozin. :(

Most of the time the standard treatments work fine. If you want to know about quinine sulfate and what it is good for in this respect, Google "Super Ich".

Yeah, that google search led me no where, and didn't answer my questions.

I do my own research and then ask for personal opinions.

I use API super ich cure and I am very happy about it.

Thanks Lu. I went and read about super ich cure. That was the first treatment I tried, followed by Quick cure. Clout was my 4th try and seemed to have worked, but my cories have not recovered from the trauma of it all and still lay around most of the day, unless I have just fed them.

I was just researching medications today and which ones seem to be most effective on resistant strains.

I get paranoid now and wanted to be sure I have what I need.
