Quickie Question About Co2

Im about to do a soda bottle yeast co2 injector and got to thinking about very small tanks (under 5 gallons).
If you can't really control the output (maybe you can, I don't know)could a person use glass baby food jars for the smaller tanks?

I am 100% new to co2, never used it, was just wondering.

It is unlikley you will overdose. Use less yeast and you will get less co2 output for a longer time, use more yeast = more co2 so you will nt overdose if you use a little, say 1/2 teaspoon on a 2l bottle
