You have too many schoaling species in your tank, its imposible to be enjoying them as they should when they are so few in numbers in each species. The main fish overstocking your tank is the flying fox though and needs to go, theres no way a 15gal tank will meet its needs, you need to have more platys and guppys as well as platys need to be in groups and for all male guppy/platy groups you need at least 5 males on average for them to be stress free.
This is your current stocking;
15 gal
2 rummynose tetras
1 serpae tetra
1 x ray tetra
3 male guppys
a male platy
1 flying fox
1 peltobagrus ornatus
4 neons
2 glowlight tetras
This is what i would do;
5 male guppys
1male and 2female platys
6 neon tetras
6 x-ray OR rummynose tetras
-not sure on peltobagrus ornatus, soo....
I would get rid of the serpae tetras because they can be nippys fish and may be stressing the other fish out and will be stressed themselves, and i would decide between between keeping the rummynose or x-ray tetras but not both unless you want to get rid of the neons. The flying fox will need rehoming unless you get a 30gal tank asap as the fish needs a tank twice as big as your current one;
