You guys mind to help me out? I quickly scanned my lfs and its either those four or flake food. (I might get algae pellets for my fish. would my ADF eat it?)

Hi kevinthecow :)

Could you explain this in a little more detail please?

Oh wow I actually screwed up the poll.

Dalphia (SP?)
Dried Bloodworms?
Brine Shrimp
Ocean Plankton?

Which?

Daphnia, bloodworms, and brine shrimp are good food for many freshwater fish, I mix all three into my fish's diet every week or two. The algae tablets you mentioned are good for any kind of plec, shrimp, snail, or algae eater, and my corys love them, too. Ocean plankton I believe is a much more specialized food for specific saltwater inhabitants.
