Quick Intro

Just to say that although I've had a few tanks running at various times, I haven't one at the moment BUT I think I've got the urge yet again! I love Oscars and had a beautiful red Oscar some years back. I also love Kribs. I'm undecided what kind of tank to do so I'm open to suggestions. I have to admit that I love the Cichlid family - attitude and intelligence....just like me!

Yes, I'd thought of that but because I've had community tanks before (wonderful training ground) I'd really like to get to know one or two species more in-depth, if you see what I mean. At the moment I've no plans to have more than one tank (where have I heard THAT before!!). If I were thinking of more than one then I'd definitely have a community tank. I can remember breeding (purely by chance I have to say) Kribs. I can remember the thrill of seeing what I thought was some sort of dust moving about the bottom of the tank and discovering otherwise! I think I'm in search of that Wow thing again! What are your favourites? Whatever I decide I'll definitely be coming back here for all the advice I can get.
