Diameter = Circumferance / PI
D = 144 / 3.1415926535
D ~= 45.8
Radius = Diameter / 2
R = 22.9
Volume = (4/3)(PI)(Radius^3)
Radius^3 = 12037.8
PI = 3.1415926535
4/3 = 1.333...
So V = 50420, but since we want it in litres (and we used centimeters, where 1 litre = 10cm^3) we divide it by 1000 which gives us 50.4.
So it's about 50.4, however its slightly less than that because of the thickness of the glass and the fact that the water level isn't the complete size of the tank. So although they market stuff at these sizes, you can always check, though the chances are the result of the calculation is slightly incorrect due to measurement error.
But yeah, that's how you find out for future reference.
