Quick Ammnia Question

went to homebase to get sand and picked up homebase household ammonia, on the back it says

Homebasehouseholdammonia
CONTAINS: Ammonia solution 9.5% E.C no 215-647-6 irritating to eyes blah blah. what does the ec thing mean and is it safe to cycle with??

I think it is safe as far as I know, I know your suppose to use household ammonia, but not sure about the ingredients, just wait for a more experienced person to post.

if its a clear bottle, then shake it, if it foams then it wont work, obviously if the bubbles dissappear immediately then its fine. Not sure how reliable this is but its on one of the cycling pinned threads.
