Questions about Bleu

To add- he has some pretty colorful places on his body of different teals/gold/red on his stomach and pectoral fins. I included those photos here! (Thank you Bleu for sitting still )

I don't know whether the colour combo has a name, reds and blues are seen most frequently.
His fins are very long which could mean he'll be prone to fin-rot. Keep the water pristine and never slack off on the maintenance schedule to prevent it.
He needs floating plants - you could try frog bit, salvinia, water wisteria etc.
He's full grown and the good condition suggests youth. With nothing to go on 6-12 months might be my guess.
