I was wondering, where do nematodes come from? I know they come from over feeding and waste, but how do they form?
And how many times should I do aqua vac's if I have them?

They are actually present in small numbers in almost every aquarium. Usually if you have alot of them it means that there is alot of waste for them to feed on. To prevent them from forming again you must keep your water and tank clean.
