Question Regarding Ph And Growth.

I have relatively hard water and I was told either african, or south african, cichlids will thrive in it. I cannot remember which! Also, I have a 20 gallon tank finishing up the NC process, I was wondering if they're any cichlids I could keep in it? I understand a lot get big, territorial and the like, but I'm not too knowledgeable on them.

What are your water stats buddy? If its africans you want then some tanganikans would be fine.

its preferred to have a high pH too

none of these things really matter, but if they spike or drop at a quick rate they do. just makes the fish feel a little more comfy
