Question About New Lighting Fixture

I recently bought a Glo T5 HO lighting fixture for my 28g freshwater. I bought it locally, but when I looked it up online (after bringing it home), I noticed that you could buy it in either a single or double bulb unit. I'm not sure if they had the double lbulb light fixture at the pet store, but the price difference between the two online what only about $12. Is there really much of a difference between the two? I'm wondering if I should return the one I bought and buy the one with 2 bulbs.

Well for one there is one more bulb. LOL. It will most likely have 2 as much wattage so if you have a planted tank it is recommended.
